The Family
Started by Ossie Bayram Snr in & around South East London in the early 80's, Diamond building services, & the construction industry as a whole, has been synonymous with the Bayram name ever since. The family business grew organically, priding itself on top quality finishes, underpinned by best in class customer service, consequently relying solely on word of mouth, recommendations & repeat customers. Ossie Jnr grew up with building in his blood, spending every school half term helping his father, & learning the trade, before taking over the business & establishing it in its new home of Tunbridge Wells, after moving his young family to the area in 2021.

Ossie Bayram Jnr
Managing Director
Post his initial building "apprenticeship", Ossie went off to forge a successful career in Media & Adtech, while running a Sushi business with Yeliz, before returning to construction to run the family business after moving to Tunbridge Wells in 2021.
Yeliz Bayram
Finance Director
Married to Ossie Jnr and part of the Bayram family for over 20 years, Yel has led the financial functions of multiple businesses, spanning Fashion, Food Retail, Media and Construction, while raising 2 beautiful children.
Ossie Bayram Snr
Original Founder & Consultant
Ossie Snr has 40+ years experience in the industry, initially learning trades to renovate the family home. He juggled this hobby turned profession with his high level football career throughout the 80's & 90's.
